Water Walking

  • Do you swim upstream? This is your opportunity to walk against the current in our Wrangler Rapid Lazy River. This is a great way to test your balance and strength in a low-impact way. Work at your own pace, no instructor to lead you but lifeguards will be there to watch your progress over the course of the season. Aqua Boogie

  • Join us on Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:00 am for this dance inspired class. We will be getting our groove on for 45 minutes to increase heart rate and work out our muscles all while listening to some catchy tunes! Aqua Boogie will start on June 12th! To sign up CLICK HERE

Aqua Boot Camp

  • Join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 am for our new high interval training exercise class that will increase your heart rate, and work out your muscles. Boot Camp will start on June 13th! To sign up CLICK HERE

Senior Exercise
